GENERAL EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE

  • Check for new or changed cracks or separations in the walls.
  • Check that water does not pool near the foundation from sprinklers or rain.
  • Check that no leaks have developed near the foundation, such as a faucet drip or air conditioning drip lines.                                                                               
  •                                    IMPORTANT: WATER AROUND YOUR FOUNDATION 1"-1 1/2" PER WEEK  TO HELP REDUCE MOVEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE

    REGULAR INTERIOR MAINTENANCE

    • Check that each door hangs properly (or as it did before) i.e. does not stick, or swing open or shut on its own. 
    • Check for any uncomfortable floor slopes by walking in each room.
    • Check that are no new or changed cracks or separations at the walls, ceilings and floors.
